Mission Statement
Risen Life Church exists to LOVE God and all people, to SERVE one another and our communities, and to REACH the lost with the saving message of Jesus Christ.
Purpose
We are a Christ-centered, Bible-based, Spirit-filled, Missions-minded, Disciple-making body of believers united to love, serve, and reach others for Christ.
Vision and Strategy
How do we accomplish our mission and purpose? How does our church intend to fulfill the great commission?
We believe that in order to make disciples of all nations and teach them to obey all that Christ commanded, we must:
LOVE. SERVE. REACH.
Love God with all our heart, soul, and mind

Love all people as He loves us
(1 John 4, John 15:12, John 13:35)
Love God’s Word and keep His commands
(John 14: 15, Psalm 119:11, 2 Timothy 3:16)
And through love we serve...
Serve one another
(John 15:13)
Utilize the 5-fold ministry of the church (Eph 4:11-16)
Use our gifts well to serve (1 Pt 4:10)
Bear one another’s burdens (Gal 6:2)
Meet together often (Heb 10:25)
Pray for one another (James 5:16)
Meet people’s needs (Matt 25:34-40)
Give to the poor (Pr 19:17, James 2:14-17)
Take care of widows and orphans (James 1:27)
And by our love and service we reach the lost...
Reach the lost / Evangelize

Let the Holy Spirit guide us (Gal 5:16)
Focus outward/Get out in our community (Luke 15:1-32)
Be salt and light in our daily lives (Matt 5:13-16)
Witness through the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8)
Be prepared at all times to preach the Word (Rom 1:16, Mark 16:15)
Make disciples (Matt 28:19)
Teach them to observe all that Jesus commanded (Matt 28:20)
